Verge Inc. uses the service providers below to run HireSide. Each may process personal information only to provide its service to us, under a written contract that requires it to protect that information. See our Privacy Policy and, for employers, the Data Processing Addendum.
We give employers at least 30 days’ notice before a new sub-processor starts processing their candidates’ personal information. To be told about changes, or to ask a question, email [email protected].

WhatsApp interviews: when they go live, our messaging gateway (VergeServer) will connect an employer’s own WhatsApp number to HireSide and carry the interview messages, voice notes and phone numbers. We will add it to the table above, with its location and with notice, before it processes any personal information. WhatsApp itself is a service of Meta used under the employer’s own WhatsApp account.
If identity verification is introduced and an employer turns it on, a specialist provider such as Veriff or Persona would check an identity document. It is not in use today, and we will add the chosen provider to this list, with notice, before it processes any personal information.
We select AI providers and settings intended to stop the data we send from being used to train their models, where such options are offered. We do not use candidate data to train AI models.
