For the candidates you choose, it runs a short first-round AI interview online, in English or Urdu, built from the job and the candidate's own CV. Your team then books interviews with the best people and makes the decision.

HireSide never makes a hiring decision, never rejects anyone on its own, and never analyses faces, emotions or tone of voice. Candidate data belongs to the employer who collected it. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models without separate consent.
