About the role
We are looking for a Senior Developer to contribute to software development from planning through delivery and maintenance. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Austin, US.
What you will do
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Translate requirements into clear, maintainable technical solutions.
- Review code and contribute to engineering standards and development practices.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Contribute to documentation, planning, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Practical experience developing and maintaining production software.
- Strong understanding of software design, testing, debugging, and version control.
- Ability to work across the development lifecycle, from requirements through release and support.
- Sound judgement when making technical decisions and evaluating trade-offs.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
