About the role
As a Sr Engineer, you will work as an experienced individual contributor within the engineering function. You will help turn technical needs into practical solutions, support reliable delivery and contribute to improving how engineering work is planned and completed.
What you will do
- Plan and deliver engineering tasks and projects from initial requirements through implementation.
- Analyse technical problems, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, records and progress updates.
- Work with colleagues and relevant stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Review completed work and identify opportunities to improve reliability, quality and efficiency.
- Support safe, consistent and well-organised engineering practices.
Team and working arrangement
You will work with colleagues across the engineering function in a full-time, onsite role in Pakistan. The role combines independent problem-solving with regular collaboration and hands-on follow-through.
