As Senior Manager - Process Improvements / Ops Excellence, you will lead initiatives that improve operational performance, simplify processes, and reduce avoidable waste. You will help teams adopt consistent best practices and turn improvement opportunities into measurable actions.

What you will do

  • Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
  • Develop and standardise improved ways of working, workflows, and operating practices.
  • Work with operational teams and stakeholders to understand root causes and agree practical solutions.
  • Track improvement actions, outcomes, and process performance to support sustained results.
  • Promote a culture of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement across relevant teams.

Team and working arrangements

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Karachi, NI. The role works closely with operational teams and stakeholders to implement improvements in day-to-day processes.

Exigences

Indispensable

  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience analysing business processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and root causes.
  • Experience implementing and standardising improved processes or best practices.
  • Ability to define improvement actions and monitor their implementation and outcomes.
  • Ability to work with operational teams and stakeholders to deliver process changes.

Souhaitable

  • Experience using process mapping or structured problem-solving methods.
  • Experience establishing process performance measures or improvement dashboards.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement adoption across multiple teams or functions.
