We are seeking a Recruiter Manager to lead effective, organized hiring activities and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This is a full-time, onsite role based in the US.

About the role

As Recruiter Manager, you will oversee day-to-day recruiting activities, guide candidates through a thoughtful and consistent process, and work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill roles effectively.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, hiring plans, interview processes, and selection decisions.
  • Lead, support, and coach recruiters in their daily work and professional development.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and promote timely, clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and use hiring data to identify improvements in process, quality, and time to hire.
  • Help ensure a consistent, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience.

How the role works

This is a full-time, onsite position in the US. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders to coordinate hiring activity and keep searches moving from planning to completion.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding handoff. 3 年以上
  • Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating recruiters or other hiring team members. 1 年以上
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to define role needs, hiring plans, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruiting records in an ATS or comparable tracking system.
  • Ability to use recruiting metrics or operational reports to monitor progress and improve hiring workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Availability to work full time in an onsite workplace in the US.
