We are looking for a senior Marketing Lead to shape marketing strategy, guide campaigns, and connect marketing activity to business goals. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Karachi.

About the role

As Marketing Lead, you will own the planning and delivery of marketing activity across relevant channels. You will turn business priorities into clear marketing plans, coordinate execution, and use performance insights to improve results.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain an integrated marketing strategy and activity plan.
  • Lead campaign planning from brief through execution, measurement, and follow-up.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and channel approaches.
  • Manage marketing priorities, timelines, budgets, and external or internal contributors.
  • Track campaign and channel performance and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organisation to support consistent brand and customer communications.
  • Present plans, progress, and results clearly to decision-makers.
  • Build repeatable processes that improve marketing planning and delivery.

Work arrangement

This is a full-time, senior-level position based onsite in Karachi, Pakistan.

Requirements

Must have

  • Experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies and plans 5+ years
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels 4+ years
  • Experience using marketing performance data to evaluate activity and guide decisions 3+ years
  • Experience managing marketing projects, priorities, timelines, and budgets 3+ years
  • Strong written and verbal communication for working with stakeholders and presenting recommendations
  • Ability to lead workstreams and coordinate contributors toward shared outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience building or refining brand positioning, messaging, and content direction
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, or campaign measurement tools
