About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Verge System Technician to oversee, deploy and maintain advanced system infrastructure from our Dubai Office – Ajman location.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-lifecycle installation, calibration and routine testing of core Verge System infrastructure.
- Monitor operational compliance parameters and resolve technical drift and anomalies promptly.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and advanced troubleshooting on enterprise system servers and edge configurations.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, architectural logs and compliance reports for audit trails.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Compliance Coordinator to plan upgrades and minimise downtime.
- Maintain workplace safety protocols across on-site regional network stations in Ajman and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- At least five years of verified professional experience as a System Technician, Infrastructure Engineer or in an equivalent role.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Network Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Strong diagnostic and advanced troubleshooting capability for enterprise systems.
- Experience with hardware installation validation, cloud architecture visibility and systems security compliance alignment.
- Fluent professional written and spoken English.
- Availability to work full-time on-site from the Dubai Office – Ajman hub.
