How HireSide uses AI on your application

This employer uses HireSide to help review applications. AI compares your CV with the requirements of this job and quotes the parts of your CV it relied on. Your name, contact details, photo, age, gender, nationality and similar personal details are hidden from the scoring. A person at the employer makes every decision: the AI never rejects anyone. HireSide never analyses faces, emotions or voice tone. You can ask for a human review or an accommodation at any time by replying to any email we send you.
