About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead software and IT projects from initial planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate teams, maintain project control, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion.
- Own project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, product teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear, timely project updates and manage expectations with clients and internal teams.
- Identify risks, resolve delivery issues, and support effective project decision-making.
- Use project management tools to track progress, actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in software or IT projects.
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Selenium.
- Practical experience managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and project deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product teams.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Experience delivering software testing or quality assurance projects.
Work arrangement
This is a full-time, senior-level, onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
