We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to plan and deliver projects from initiation through completion. This is a full-time, onsite role in the United States, partnering with stakeholders and teams to keep work organized, on track, and aligned with agreed goals.

About the role

As Project Manager, you will coordinate projects from planning through delivery. You will bring structure to timelines, priorities, communication, and follow-through while helping teams make steady progress toward shared outcomes.

What you will do

  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success measures with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, and status updates.
  • Coordinate work across contributors and support clear ownership of tasks and decisions.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and help resolve issues promptly.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Track changes to scope, priorities, timelines, and resources and escalate material concerns when appropriate.
  • Support project closeout by confirming deliverables, capturing lessons learned, and organizing project records.

Team and work style

You will work onsite in the United States as part of a collaborative team. The role involves regular interaction with project contributors, stakeholders, and decision-makers, with a focus on practical planning, transparent communication, and dependable execution.

必备

  • Experience managing projects from planning through delivery, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting. 3 年以上
  • Ability to develop and maintain clear project plans, action trackers, and risk or issue logs. 2 年以上
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple contributors or teams and clarifying ownership of tasks and decisions. 2 年以上
  • Experience identifying project risks, dependencies, and blockers and supporting timely resolution or escalation. 2 年以上
  • Ability to communicate project status, changes, decisions, and next steps clearly to different stakeholders. 2 年以上
  • Experience facilitating project meetings and documenting actions, decisions, and follow-up responsibilities. 1 年以上
